Proposal to start a Latin language Metapedia

As Aurvandil asked in http://en.metapedia.org/wiki/User_ta...atin_Metapedia, I have started, as you are reading this, a thread about the proposal of commencing a new edition of Metapedia in Latin. It is beneficial to foster any language as languages are cultural heritage.

It would be very nice. But are there many editors available who can contribute with a good Latin?

That question will answer itself once the latin metapedia exists!
To create the latin main page is the first concern.
I see especially usefulness with regards to including Latin source texts, the other language metapedias can then refer to such sources where required.

It would be an improvement if we could have shared wikis like Wikimedia Commons and to a lesser degree Wikisource. Ideally every article in every language edition would be a translation of the according articles in every other language edition. This means also that every image would ideally be used by every language edition.

A source wiki isn't that important as we really can use the Wikimedia's one. They aren't that political correct in their lesser known wikis. I used Wikimedia's Wikisource for a Latin quote in the German edition of Metapedia.

I don't see much need for a Latin edition but maybe I'm wrong. It wouldn't harm. Still in my opinion it's more urgent to make public copies of Metapedia (like there are public copies of Wikipedia on DVDs etc.) and to install the mobile frontend.

Some years formerly I wrote several major Latin articles and many minor adds in Latin Wikipedia because Latin is my best known foreign (second) language, but recently I stopped there for the same reasons as I exited from other leftist Wikipedias. Recently I have experience writing in the English and French Metapedias, and chiefly in Croat section (as its admin).

In the meantime, till now we prepared yet about ninety initial major articles in the true classical Latin language (including Starting page etc.) for the expectable Latin Metapedia, among them 40 ones are radically transformed from Latin Wikipedia, and others 50 are new original texts especially for Metapedia but absent in Wikipedias. Is it any possibility to create at least the provisional testing wiki for a foreseeable la.metapedia.org ?
